Very clean and newly updated - ideal location for everything. I will most definitely be staying here anytime I'm in McAllen.
New and clean rooms. Stove and regular size fridge was a plus. Large tv also. Will definitely stay again.
The bed was good and it had a kitchen with full sized fridge and stove. There were even a few pots and pans but no implements. It also lacks a table and chairs. It is good for a minimalist experience.
I absolutely love this place it’s nice and quiet. The room is perfect, has exactly what I need for my stay here in McAllen. The property manager is great she’s very attentive and kind. I would recommend this place in heartbeat.
This place is brand new and completely updated. They even have the cutest gas stovetop ovens and in-unit washer dryer. Perfect place for staying a few nights or even months. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Can’t beat the location…next to the bar/club/arts district, good coffeeshops (like kreative grounds), and TruFit gym. Service was incredible. The management team is extremely responsive for any issues I had with my unit (5), are friendly and super easy to work with. I also got my deposit back within a few short days. Now for the unit itself. I got the $999 smaller unit. Upon arrival the onsite manager handed me the key and I settled in. The unit was fairly clean, but the floor could have been swept or mopped better (excess human hair and dirt were obvious when I walked barefooted). Thunderstorm caused some water to seep through the front door, but dried up next morning. Blackout shade fell of the roll, but onsite manager quickly repaired same day within an hour. The WIFI here is extremely unstable, so recommend hardwired connection if working from home (RJ45 jack behind TV). Toilet seat was loose and the buttons to flush would sometimes get stuck/jammed. Dryer worked after I reset the breaker switch for the Washer/Dryer unit. Other than that, the unit was modern lookint and provided the basic necessity of providing a roof over my head. Non-covered parking was easy (right in front of my unit) and no crime issues. Can’t beat the all bills month to month for $999. Anywhere else you’d have to sign a 12 month lease, so if your stay is a few weeks to a few months, this is the way to go.
